Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4
Create a label for all or most of your site Create additional labels if required Upload your label(s) to the web Link your content to your label(s)

The label(s) you have defined are all held in a special file that is now ready to be uploaded to your website.

Please enter your name and e-mail address so that we can send you a copy of the file. ICRA will never disclose your e-mail address. [Privacy Policy]

Please enter your e-mail address

What happens next?

Once you have received the file containing your label(s) you will need to upload it to your website. If you wish, we can do it for you right now (we can also check that it is in the right place too). To take up this option you will need to give us your ftp information. [Help] This is safe - we won't store it and we certainly won't pass it on. [Why this is secure]

Please enter your ftp address. This is often, but not always, the same as your web address.
Please enter your ftp username
Please enter your ftp password

Why this is secure

When you send us your website access information it is stored in an area that is inaccessible to the outside world. We also store a little bit of extra information about you that is very hard to forge. This information is used as an extra security check when we need to use the information itself.

Finally, your information is only stored for a short period of time, typically less than a day, after which it is deleted.

We can't guarantee 100% security, but it is extremely unlikely that your private data will become public.

What is "my ftp information"?

This is the information given to you by your Internet Service Provider about your website. It may be called your 'upload' or 'publish' information. It is the secure route through which you publish your content on the internet.
