Support and general enquiries
ICRA welcomes enquiries on all aspects of its work through the form below. You will usually receive a response within less than 5 days.
The form below is the only route through which technical support enquiries are handled. The overwhelming majority of these are answered by the support index, and most of the replies sent by ICRA are effectively "please see support index number ..." Therefore you are strongly encouraged to look at the support section before contacting ICRA with a technical question. This is particularly true of those about Content Advisor, which is part of Microsoft's Internet Explorer and is not ICRA software.

Complaints about websites other than icra.org
ICRA is only responsible for its own website, however, we sometimes receive reports/complaints from people who feel that, for one reason or another, we should know about another site. If you wish to bring a site to our attention, please let us know its address and the nature of the problem.
