ICRA不会处理网上不良物品，此应由与警方及互联网内容供货商有紧密联系的特别机构处理， 作寻找位置、移除或作出检控的工作。互联网的无国界性质令法律监管工作特别困难，现时并无一条相关的国际法例适用于所有国家。故此，不同国家相关机构的彼此合作尤其重要。目前，最有共适的地方是，大部分的国家对儿童受色情信息影响均是不合法的。

Most of the hotlines listed on the ICRA website are members of the INHOPE Association. This exists to facilitate cooperation between internet Hotline providers. Its mission is to eliminate child pornography from the internet and protect young people from harmful and illegal uses of the Internet.

The object of INACH, the International Network Against Cyberhate is to combat discrimination on the Internet. INACH is a foundation under Dutch Law and is seated in Amsterdam. INACH was founded on October 4, 2002 by Jugenschutz.net and Magenta Foundation, Complaints Bureau for Discrimination on the Internet.

The Australian Broadcasting Authority administers Australia's co-regulatory scheme for Internet content, established under the Broadcasting Services Act 1992. The scheme includes a complaint hotline for reporting illegal and offensive Internet content. The ABA can direct removal of prohibited content from Australian Internet sites, and liaises with law enforcement agencies and other hotlines regarding investigation of illegal Internet content.

Le Centre Européen pour Enfants Disparus et Sexuellement Exploités est une organisation privée de droit belge reconnue d'utilité publique et de dimension internationale. Il a pour mission d'une part le support actif à la recherche d'enfants signalés disparus ou enlevés et d'autre part la prévention et la lutte contre la disparition et l'exploitation sexuelle des enfants.

The voluntary self control for multimedia service providers (FSM) was founded in 1997. The association dedicates itself particularly to the protection of children and young people and the fight against illegal and youth-endangering content in online media. Its members are media- and telecommunications associations as well as online enterprises. FSM operates a complaints line, through which complaints about illegal online content can be made.

La línea directa española Protégeles se creó en el año 2001 y permite a los usuarios de Internet informar, sobre cualquier página o material en Internet que consideren que pueda contener pornografía infantil, de manera confidencial y anónima. Tras su comunicado se realiza una verificación y se informa a las Fuerzas de Seguridad españolas así como a las del país donde se encuentre ubicada la página con la finalidad de retirarlas lo antes posible.

The purpose of the hotline is to encourage internet users to report any harmful or illegal content on the Internet.

The types of complaints that the hotline deals with include child or adult pornography, defamation, and any other materials likely to violate Korea's national law.

The hotline receives reports of harmful or illegal content that have been submitted. Anyone encountering harmful content may report to the hotline through the website giving the information on time and place of encounter, ID of the information provider, and content.

The report will be referred to the appropriate subcommittee of ICEC for deliberation and corrective measures. If the reported content is considered illegal or harmful under Korea's legislation, ICEC forwards the report to the relevant law enforcement authority (i.e. the Cyber crime unit of Korean National Police) and then ICEC issues the take-down notice to the apparently hosting ISP in question. Thereafter ICEC informs the reporter of the follow-up.
